Free Class
You and/or a friend are welcome to try out one free class to see if Grand River Karate is the right fit for you.

Registration
Open and Print the following appropriate PDF form.
Kid's registration form
Teen/Adult registration form

1. Fill it out and bring it with you to class. Forms are also available at the dojo.
2. Add your health card number to the form
3. Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the form

Cash or Cheque payable to: Grand River Karate Inc.
