Coming From Another Style?
Most of Grand River Karate's students have trained in other styles in the past and have heard Shido-kan Shorin Ryu Karate is very scientific, healthy and effective. If you are coming from another style of martial arts please feel free to participate in a trail class. At the end of the trail class you are welcome to talk to one of our senior ranks. They will help determine the best approach to support your progress if you wish to become a member.
