Registration Print out this Adobe PDF Kid's registration form/Teen/Adult registration form. 1. Fill it out and bring it with you to class. Forms are also available at the dojo. 2. Email: shidokan@grkarate.com Teen/Adult Classes (12 years of age and up) Class Fees: $40 per month / $30 for each additional family member $100 for 3 months / $80 for each additional family member Formal classes: Tues/Thurs 7:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM - all belts 10:00 AM - 11:00 A.M. - yellow and up Kids' Classes $40 per 8 weeks session / $30 for each additional child Thurs. 6:15 P.M. to 7:15 P.M. Class limit of 40 kids PARENTS! You may participate as well, at no extra cost! Kids Class Registration dates: Spring Session 2006 - Thursdays, March 30 to May 18 Fall Session 2006 - Thursdays, Sept 14 to Nov 9 Winter Session 2007 - Thursdays, Jan 18 to Mar 15 Spring Session 2007 - Thursdays, Mar 29 to May 17 Pre-registration from 6:00-6:15 P.M. before classes 7 and 8 of each session.
